Sock Monster Terms of Service

Submitting a pickup request does not guarantee service availability or a guaranteed pickup time until confirmed by Sock Monster. Pickup windows, delivery timing, and service availability may depend on operational capacity, location, and other scheduling factors.
We may contact you to confirm details or to coordinate service. We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule requests if necessary for operational, safety, or business reasons.
5) Payments
If payments are processed through the Services, additional payment terms, invoices, or service-specific instructions may apply. Any payment-related information provided through the Services must be accurate and current. Taxes, fees, minimums, or service charges may apply where disclosed.
6) Intellectual Property
